Andres Slullitel

Mr. Slullitel is the Chief Financial Officer for InterEnergy Holdings, as well as Consorcio Energético Punta Cana-Macao (“CEPM”), one of InterEnergy’s key underlying operating companies. He leads his team on all domestic matters in the Dominican Republic concerning refinancing obligations as well as running the financial and modeling arm of InterEnergy’s current and new business ventures.

Prior to being the Chief Financial Offer for InterEnergy, he acted as Corporate Treasury Director for CEPM and Empresa Generadora de Electricidad Haina (“EGE Haina”), another of InterEnergy’s subsidiary operating companies. He led liability strategy and debt management for both companies, as well as temporary cash investments, both local and international, operating multicurrency spot transaction as well as hedging strategies in FX.

Mr. Slullitel, originally from Argentina, was a private banking relationship manager at Credit Suisse and Banco Galicia prior to his move to the Dominican Republic. He is a graduate of Universidad Nacional de Rosario, where he also holds a Masters in Finance and Capital Markets as well as a Public Accountants degree. Mr. Slullitel was an Assistant Professor in Argentina in Financial Mathematics and Corporate Finance, as well as currently a Professor in Securities Analysis at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic.
